After a band meeting yesterday, we got clearer on the format of our new album and planned the next community potluck. Connor and Ivy will be playing at dunesville in various projects this weekend, and we wish them an amazing time! Our next show as a band will be 8/8 at the Deck in Muskegon ✌🏻

Shout-out to our drummer Adam Smallman (@therumblystatue) once again as we have begun work on our second studio album. It has been an incredible experience to be able to record new material in-house with Adam at the helm. We are able to take our time making sure we can record exactly how we want things to go and we wouldn't want it any other way for both ourselves and all of you. Next show up! We have the incredible opportunity to play this years DeckFest! @thedeckmkg We will be playing @ 2pm on August 8th alongside @desmondjonesband, @thebootstrapboys, @flexadecibel, and @kylebrownthc What a lineup and what an incredible day at the beach this will be!

Did we spend 4 hours in the studio today working like maniacs on one song of a new album? You bet we did!

Thank you @adampgottlieb for your camaraderie and well spoken wisdom to this community. Adam continues to grow as a dear friend and we are so thankful for the opportunity to bring him on stage and speak candidly to the dark times we face as humanity. This is apocaloptimism at its finest. This is what community looks like ✊🏻🌱

Shout-out to all the wonderful humans that double as our friends and fans - the people that go well out of their way to share and uplift the message we intend to carry through our music and presence on stage. We see you and feel incredibly blessed to know you and be supported by you. It takes a village and we are all in this wild world together. 💗🌱

It's #uptous ❤️‍🔥 We're thankful for the memories we shared together at @buttermilk.jamboree on solstice & fathers day weekend. This song has come together wonderfully since we started prepping it for buttermilk and our new album we are starting to record for. Thank you for all of you that were here for this performance and sharing all of your love and support!

So, while Buttermilk Jamboree was absolutely incredible, we mustered the energy to host a community potluck at lookout park for the solstice and fathers day and had a blast jamming out and flowing. We look forward to hosting more of these throughout the summer!

Thank you all! @buttermilk.jamboree was such a highlight weekend for us. Y'all showed UP! Thank you to everyone organizing this incredible festival and @circlepinescenter for having us! The friendships and family continued to grow and continues to inspire all of us. We look forward to seeing @caitlincusackmusic at @electric_forest and continue this growth throughout the year. Surprise! @jroseloops will be joining us on stage for our performance at @buttermilk.jamboree on Saturday, 11pm! 2 freshly arranged songs by us in preparation for recording an album as well! We look forward to this specially curated set and cannot WAIT to share it with all of you!

I started making a music video to an older song a couple years back - and I never finished it - this is a clip of what it was designed to look like. If you like what you see, perhaps I will finish it and add recent events with the current evolution of the empire. I always wanted to make videos from a young age, and I have especially been inspired by those that have made content that have empowered me to believe in the power of the people around me and the power within.
